Well service pumps for the oil industry

Well Service Pumps for FPSO that provide high capacity, high pressure and high efficiency in a small space – those requirements were accomplished in one of our latest exciting projects. Together with our partner LEWA GmbH we are constructing 9 skids in total, whereby the first 3 have left our production in Oelde. The pumps will be flushing pipelines and doing hydrostatic tests using different types of fluids.

Even though the skids seem fairly impressive, they score with a proportional compact design to fit into the limited room on board. Nevertheless, the installed
HAMPRO1200 achieve an enormous flow rate of 90,000 l / per hour at an operating pressure of 328 bar.

Beside the HAMPRO 1200 pump, the skids are extensively equipped with an electric motor, lube oil system, pulsation dampener and a control system to ensure safe operation. Low noise levels are achieved with a sound insulation hood. Pipelines made of SuperDuplex guarantee that wetted parts remain resistant to saltwater.
