Roughening of various surfaces - from fine to rough
Hammelmann has extensive expertise in the field of roughening by means of water jets. Over time, this has resulted in a wide range of different tools for an equally large number of different applications. Roughening a wide variety of surfaces - from fine to rough
A high-pressure spray gun can be excellently used in combination with a MASTERJET rotor jet for roughening different concrete surfaces. Equip your nozzle with 2, 3, 4 or 6 inserts and decide for yourself the degree of roughening. The water pressure is distributed evenly over the number of nozzles fitted. With 6 nozzle inserts, you therefore exert significantly less pressure on the surface to be processed than with 2 nozzle inserts. According to this rule, you can decide for yourself whether you want to roughen the surface more finely or coarsely.
