Now a tradition: Trainee trip
At the beginning of September, the now traditional trainee trip went to the Beverland Resort in Ostbevern to get to know each other even better in a relaxed atmosphere. Here, our trainees spent two days together with lots of fun with exciting team activities and barbecues around the campfire. "It was a successful trip that brought the trainees even closer together. I am proud of the commitment and enthusiasm with which everyone has contributed," report Malina Weihrauch and Lukas Mense, who are responsible for training at Hammelmann and accompanied the trip.

Sustainable training as the basis for our success
We currently have 25 trainees and dual students studying with us in Oelde. We are committed to sustainability. The aim is to take on all trainees after they have completed their studies or to continue to support them throughout the following steps of their careers.

"Our trainees are very important to Hammelmann GmbH. Investing in them means investing in our specialists and employees of tomorrow and thus in our success," emphasizes Malina Weihrauch. "In order to ideally support them, in addition to the basic training content, there are additional in-house factory lessons and learning units as well as other offers. These include, for example, maintaining our trainee Instagram channel and sustainability projects," she explains.
